🌱 Add root cause

Click on "root cause" to fill in the field :



⚙️ Create a task with a responsible person and a deadline

- Click on the + symbol to create a new task

- Then fill in the description, select the person in charge and add a delay then validate.



- To change the task, click on the pencil next to the line :



When you postpone a task, a counter appears next to the date to indicate that the task has been postponed several times:



📂 Add an attachment (picture, video, PDF, Excel, ...)

To add an attachment, click on the associated logo, then add a file from your computer or via a web link ⇒



📊 Link the ticket to an indicator

You can link a ticket to an indicator. Simply fill in the associated field:



🏷️ Add a label

Labels make it easier to locate tickets with a machine name, an open method (QQOQCP, 5 Why, 8D), item names or general labels to easily sort the information :



👨 Appoint a global ticket manager

You can add a driver/general manager on the ticket on the top right of the ticket :.



📅 Change the review date of the ticket / increase the number of reviews

- The review date of a ticket allows a distinction to be made with the due dates of the actions.
- The review date allows you to sort the tickets to : "Today," "Today," "This Week," etc...



- You can also synchronize directly the review date of the ticket with the earliest action date :



- You can also change the review date and the person responsible for the ticket directly in the action plan:.



🗄️Archiver the ticket

You can archive a ticket by clicking on the blue button :.



To unarchive a ticket go to the archive, open the ticket and click on unarchive :.
