You have invited a new person to a Fabriq team by entering his or her email address but this person does not receive the email to create his or her account and log in to the application. Here is what you can do:
You can copy the invitation link directly from Fabriq and paste it in your browser
You can then send this link directly to your colleague so that he (or she) can connect to the application.
If this solution doesn't work, you can then contact the Fabriq team via chat.
