Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password or can no longer log in with your credentials, you can reset it in a few steps.

This procedure is only valid if you know your username, otherwise please contact your IT administrator to verify that an account has been created for you. If you do not know your IT administrator, you can always contact us for assistance.

Reset Request

On Fabriq's login page, after entering your e-mail address, click on the text "FORGOT PASSWORD " under the password field, then click on the "Reset " button. A confirmation message will inform you that an e-mail has been sent to the address registered with your account.

Forgotten password

Note: For security reasons, if the e-mail address you provided is not registered with Fabriq, the confirmation message will still be displayed.

If you do not receive a message within a few minutes :

- first think about checking your junk/spam mailbox.
- Try the reset procedure again on the login page.
- contact your IT administrator to verify that an account has been created for you with your email address.

You can also contact us and we will help you access your account.

Reset email received

Once the reset email is received, you will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password and confirm it. You can then return to the login page to try to login again.
