Create a ticket

1) To report a new topic or report a problem, create a new ticket using the blue button in the top right corner.

2) Fill in the basic information of the ticket: Title, description, team and categories :

3) Send the ticket :

Click on the send button, this is the same as creating the ticket. A notification is sent if you assign the ticket to a team member.

4) Go directly to the ticket via the shortcut at the bottom of the screen.
