| 💡 On fabriq, can currently check their teams' performance in the KPIs/Performance section of each team's workspace. Team admins can decide which indicators should be displayed and how frequently they are to be updated.

This short tutorial is aimed at teaching you the ropes about indicators on fabriq as well as the different ways to get us the data.

The basics 🎠

Every team in fabriq has a Performance tab in which a set of Key Peformance Indicators are displayed.

While many indicators may have homonyms (e.g. "OTD%" for team 1 and "OTD%" for team 2, each indicator is a unique data element with a unique ID. It is important to note nonetheless that a given indicator may be displayed to several teams. Case in point: as a site director, you may want to display the overall OTD% (On-Time Delivery) to all of the site's teams.

Finding an indicator's unique ID 🎫

To automate (or semi-automate) the upload of performance data, it will be essential to know the unique ID of each indicator whose data you wish to update.

To find an indicator's ID, simply navigate to the indicator's pop-up by clicking on it. The indicator's ID will just under the name of the indicator:

Export your personal calendar feed

if you wish to be able to manage all your calendars in one place, including your Fabriq's calendar, here is the good news: Fabriq allow you to export your personal calendar to an external software like Outlook, Google Agenda, iCal etc. To do so, you just need the url generated by Fabriq in your personal space:

Then go to Settings and click on Export next to "Personal calendar feed":

Then copy the url by clicking on the button just next to the url:

Finally you just need to paste the link in the software you use to manage your own calendar. If you don't know how to do that, here are some links to help you:

To get started, head to https://app.usefabriq.com/ to open the fabriq app.

Use your work e-mail address and your password to login (it should have been provided by your IT administrator).

The different roles within a team

Within a team, there are 4 different roles, with different permissions that you will find below :

Member
Admin
Owner
Auditor (That role only allow you to access the content of a specific team space, you can't do anything else)

To add a new member, go to the team settings by clicking on the three dots to the right of the team name.

You can then invite a new member to join the Fabriq workspace.

|| To add a new member, you must use a business address. For example name.surname@company.com. This is a security measure to prevent outsiders from accessing the Fabriq space. To add a person who does not have a business address, please contact your site administrator

The role of administrators in Fabriq

Team administrators and owners can manage team users directly in Fabriq..

You may:

Add members to your team (admin and owner rights);
Remove members from your team (admin and owner rights);
Assign administrators (admin and owner rights);
Remove administrators rights (owner rights);

You cannot yet create a new user account in Fabriq. To do so, contact the IT or Fabriq managers of your site. You will then be able to add them to your team.

Team task plan groups all open tickets in a team space. It allows you to manage all problems or ongoing projects in one place.

Fabriq allows you to quickly review the day's topics, create new tasks and update topics:

You can check the tasks directly on the task plan or by opening the ticket:

Archive the ticket if all the actions have been completed and the problem has been solved by the teams (the ticket is saved and accessible in the archive)
